Bill Gaines learned a love for real estate while he was growing up in Carmel, CA and its unique combination of architecture and beach front living. This combined with learning from his father and grandfather running successful insurance brokerages, Bill always knew that Real Estate would be his calling. Bill graduated from the University of the Pacific in 2009 with a BS in Business Finance. As an avid outdoorsman, he had always enjoyed Lake Tahoe and decided to put down roots shortly after college.
Bill has an analytical brain and has always been great with numbers. This combined with his sense of humor and outgoing nature helps maintain a calm relaxed environment during a transaction.
Bill enjoys a multitude of outdoor activities and sports including snowboarding, hiking and basketball.
