Mountain Golf Course

The upper portion of the center of town with the Robert Trent Jones Jr.’s first solo designed executive course with par 3’s and par 4’s. Slightly more sloped that the Championship Golf Course area and some at higher elevations. This area is primarily single family but does include some condominiums near the entrance to the Mountain Golf Course. Some smaller streets and cul-de-sacs with hidden gems and even golf course and stream views. Homes start at $950,000 and go up to about $2,500,000.
