Mill Creek

Named for the lumber mill logging operations at Tahoe in 1880. This is a relatively flat section of lower elevation land at the East end of Lakeshore Boulevard just East of the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe running north to Tahoe Boulevard. Homes in this area currently start in the $900,000’s and up to just under $5,500,000. This subdivision is popular with younger families and is a short distance from Incline Beach and Ski Beach with a boat ramp. Incline Beach includes another Barefoot Bar which hosts live music Wednesday and Friday nights. Ski beach also has two sand volleyball courts.
