Lower Tyner

The lower end of the longest street in Incline Village. Just off the Mount Rose Highway this area is all residential except for a pocket of condominiums on Lariat Circle. Homes currently range from just under $700,000 to over $5,000,000 depending on the views. A number of these homes back to acreage either owned by the US Forest Service or Incline Village General Improvement District. This area has several access points from the Mount Rose Highway and off of Ponderosa. The condominiums in this area start at about $400,000 and go up to about $1,300,000. Tyner is a school bus route so it is a priority for Washoe County snow removal.
