Lakeview Subdivision

Known for views of the lake and hence the name. This low elevation subdivision includes the west end of Lakeshore Boulevard and Burnt Cedar Beach. This section of Incline Village is located on the west end of Lakeshore Boulevard and below Tahoe Boulevard running east to Juanita and Village Boulevard. Homes in this area start at roughly $800,000 to $1,250,000 for a tear down depending on land coverage and lake views and go upwards of $5,000,000 for a larger newer home. Burnt Cedar Beach is nearby in the middle of this subdivision and features lakeside dining picnic tables and barbeques, a protected cove beach, lakeside pool with water slide, large lakeside grass area, sand volleyball court, a peninsula with seating, snack bar and the infamous Barefoot Bar hosted by Incline Spirits.
