Eastern Slope

The most expensive real estate in Incline Village outside of the lake front is the Eastern slope known for panoramic lake views and late day sun exposure as well as amazing sunsets. Larger lot sizes up to as many as 16 acres give this area exceptional privacy and seclusion. The homes closer to Country Club Drive tend to be smaller and have smaller lots and start under $1,000,000. The higher streets tend to have bigger lake views and larger lots and land values can run above $2,000,000. The estate homes in this area start at $8,000,000 and can exceed $12,000,000. This area is one of the best lake view areas in all of Incline Village and can have panoramas from Sand Harbor, South Lake Tahoe, Mount Tallac and the Sierra Nevada rim trail all the way to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows.
