Crystal Bay

A separate zip code but all of the same amenities except for private beach access. Crystal Bay encompasses the stateline casino district which includes the Tahoe Biltmore, The Crystal Bay Club, The Nugget and the famed CalNeva Resort. This is the oldest developed portion of Incline Village and Crystal Bay and was home to Howard Hughes and many famed actors and actresses before Incline Village was developed in the early 1960’s. Smaller street and steeper lay of the land dominate this terrain and most properties in this area have lake views. Some great values in this area might be overlooked, but should be considered if beach access is not important to you. Generally small turnover in this community nestled amongst granite boulders. Mostly homes and a few condominiums including the famed lake front development Stillwater Cove. Homes start at $800,000 and lake fronts in this area currently go up to $75,000,000. Condominiums start at $650,000 and go up to $5,000,000.
