Championship Golf Course

Like the name says, either on the course or very nearby. Bound by highway 28 on the south this area runs along the upper and lower 9’s of the famed Robert Trent Jones Jr/Sr. collaboration Incline Village Championship Golf Course. On the east is Country Club Drive and on the west is Village Boulevard. Generally larger homes and some with single level living as this area is more gentle to flatter slopes. This is not a packaged golf course community like you would see in the desert or other newer areas. Large pine trees and spacious lots with an occasional golf course view. This area has single family homes and a number of condominium complexes that are very centrally located with the Raley’s Shopping Center and The Chateau (the Championship Clubhouse) nearby. Homes start at $1,400,000 and exceed $6,000,000 in the right location. Condominiums start at $500,000 and go up to $1,500,000.
