Just like the name this is the center of town and includes the upper part of the Northwood Loop up to College and Village Boulevard. This area is close to the Raley’s Shopping Center, Ace Hardware and many local restaurants. This area starts at Tahoe Boulevard and runs north to the Mount Rose Highway and East to Country Club Drive. Some original single level homes and a mix of newer and remodeled properties close to the new Incline Elementary and Incline High School.
