Apollo

Another higher elevation location similar to Upper Tyner. Two access points from the Mount Rose Highway via a loop on Apollo Way. Homes at the upper end of the loop back to US Forest Service land and several hiking trails. This is the closest Incline Village subdivision to Reno and is only about 40 minutes from the Reno Tahoe International Airport. This is another area that is very quiet with little or no drive-by traffic. Only single family homes in this area starting at $800,000 up to $4,000,000 with a panoramic lake view.
