Mark A. Benka
Mark A. Benka is a veteran of Incline Village for the past 40-years. Mark has also been in the real estate business in Incline Village for the past 36 years. He has focused on Golf Course Properties, Tear down development properties, new custom Homes. Mark is an avid mountain biker, and also enjoys boating, trap shooting, fishing, golfing, concerts and fine dining.
Mark has also been recognized by Coldwell Banker for Multiple top producer and achievement awards, including International President’s Elite, Diamond Society as as Coldwell Banker’s Global Luxury Certification.
Mark also has extensive knowledge and experience with local governing agencies, architects, engineers and subcontractors related to remodeling and new construction.
Mark was the Chairman Rotary Club of Incline Village Memorial Bench Project. He is also a licensed general contractor in the state of Nevada.
Mark is married to Joyce Benka, 42-year owner of Incline Travel.
